⭐️2024 SAKEWINE Riesling Spätlese feinherb 2019

The label design is inspired by

Beethoven's Piano Sonata No. 14 "Moonlight Sonata."

For this SAKEWINE, we used sake yeast No. 7 for the first time to ferment a Riesling.

In contrast to the previously used yeast No. 9, distinct citrus aromas reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit were already evident during fermentation. They lend an even brighter, fruitier character to the freshness typical of Riesling.

This wine has once again impressively shown us how strongly the aroma and taste profile can change even with the same grape variety, simply by choosing a different yeast.
