Poulenc – Violin Sonata

Using Ginjo yeast No. 7, we selected the Gewürztraminer grape variety for this wine lesson.

Through longer skin contact than usual, the hidden, intense aromas of the berry skins were carefully extracted; the wine then matured quietly in the tank for six months. An elegant, opulent interplay of aromas of rose, lychee, and white flowers.

The slightly sweet, full-bodied taste also harmonizes wonderfully with sweet and savory Japanese dishes such as Unagi Kabayaki. Intensely fragrant, smooth, and magnificent right through to the finish – an elegant cuvée that is particularly popular with many female customers.
