We selected Riesling for this wine with Ginjo yeast no. 7. The Ginjo yeast produces a soft, round acidity.

In addition, there are clear and expressive citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit and yuzu.

With its fine, fresh taste, this wine pairs excellently with Japanese cuisine such as sushi and tempura and opens up new enjoyment possibilities as a novel Riesling.
